Nomination Form

Deadline: Heritage BC Awards nominations must be received by March 1st.

Important: Please review all procedure guidelines carefully and prepare your full nomination including images before using the online form below.
» Nomination Procedure

Please use the form to provide the Project Name, contact information, a brief description, and up to ten digital images or pdf files (max 2MB each) to support your nomination. Label each image by Project Title, for example: Project_exterior_before.jpg

Click the SUBMIT button only once – larger files may take longer to upload. You will get an auto-message when upload has completed. If you do NOT get an auto message that your submission has been successfully uploaded, please email Rick at rgoodacre@heritagebc.ca

When your nomination has been reviewed, you will receive a second email confirmation with a link to your submission which you can review and forward to others. This is usually done within 48 hours.
